This month, we’ve been diving into the fascinating world of birds.
Today’s lesson focused on bird eggs and nests, exploring the surprising variety of nesting habits. It turns out that some birds, contrary to common belief, choose to build their nests on the ground rather than in trees.
We also delved into the intriguing nest-building behavior of bowerbirds, who construct elaborate nests to impress potential mates.
After learning about bird nests, we decided to get creative and construct our own bird nest.
