Is it just rocks?
No, it is not just rocks.
It is an Inukshuk.
It is a person who will show you the way.
Building an Inushuk is not easy.
Students had to think long and hard about the best way to stack the rocks.
First, they tried stacking them straight up in the tower form.
Then it was time to try making the person form.
This one was a bit trickier. It took a few tries, but students did it.
Learning about Inukshuks and trying to make them was a lot of fun.
We’ll continue to enjoy learning about Canada this month.
