Today, we continued our theme for the month, which had us look into fashion. We started the session by recapping the main vocabulary, the children aced this! After, we introduced some new words which had us link ideas to small definitions, such as ‘vintage’.
Then, the children worked freely with their ideas and continued developing their style on their illustrative piece. Next, we looked at our array of materials and planned how we would put them onto our models.
It was a tricky task, but the children went well with using these materials to and craft them into new unique clothing ideas.
