Today we played a fun game to end the day!
First we split up into two teams. Each team’s goal was to make a ball travel from the start of a cardboard track, into a box on the other side of the room.
The catch is, that the cardboard track is not all in one piece!
When the ball was about to run out of track to move on, the kids from the front of the line had to move to the end of the line to extend the track… and so on, and so on…
until the ball reached the box! It was very challenging, but a lot of fun! Each team tried to beat the others’ fastest time without dropping the ball, or touching it with their hands.
The team captains guided their teammates by saying: “Get closer!”, “Don’t drop it!”, “Turn around!”, and “Go to the back!”
Today’s record was 19.72 seconds!
