We’ve been studying natural resources. Today’s discussion delved into their importance for our planet and ways to safeguard them. The key term for the day was “conservation.”

To make the concept relatable, we engaged in an interactive activity where students imagined a day without their favorite resources. One student humorously exclaimed, “Imagine no ice cream because there’s no milk!”

Then, during our discussion on how we can protect our natural resources, another student suggested, “We can use both sides of paper,” showcasing a practical understanding of waste reduction.

The lesson concluded with a “Save Water” activity, where students came up with ways to conserve water at home.
