We began our new theme for the month, and today we introduced various kinds of sounds that people encounter in their daily lives. The students closed their eyes and tried to guess about some sounds they heard.
We also spoke about the qualities of sounds. Which sounds are loud, and which are quiet? Also, what emotions do sounds evoke? After asking about students’ favorite sounds, we listened to some music to see what kind of emotions it brought up.
