Today in art class the students made easter baskets in preparation for easter next week.
This year’s theme was a chicken. To do this we started by cutting a slant on our brown paper bags.
Next we fold the bottoms and taped it to create a more boxy shape.
After that we drew eggs hidden in grass. We came up with different designs and ideas.
To finish the basket we needed a beak, handle and some tail feathers. We were a little chicken about the design but they actually came out really good.
Let’s go easter egg hunting next week.
