What’s that in the distance using linear lines? It’s perspective art.

Perspective art is how an artist
portrays three dimensional objects and spaces on a two dimensional plane. Basically putting some depth in our art.

Today our teachers helped us go through into our papers. We drew a road leading into the center of the paper. We used straight lines and a focal point as a guide to help us create our different roads and surroundings.

We drew a lushes road trip into the country side with trees on both sides leading into the horizon.

The perfect road to start our new season and term.

And we also squeezed some Australia perspective for our students to give it some thought.

Don’t forget we’re still looking for students and friends to join our ATLAS study tour in Australia. Please check our previous blog for more details.
