In Japan people celebrate with a Christmas Cake, and around the world it is no different, maybe. In the western world they make cakes that look like a log.
A yuletide log cake is based on the burning log that people light in the winter in their fireplaces.
In today’s Fun Friday activity we turned a roll cake into a yuletide cake. We started by covering it brown chocolate frosting. We added some toppings to help it look like a tree.
Our teachers helped us put toppings like green sprinkles, chocolate rocks and cookie crumble dirt.
Best part about a yuletide cake? We can eat it!
Have a Yuletide Christmas!
