This Tuesday we learned to mime over matter.

Mimes are special performers or artist who keep silent. They tell stories with their bodies, faces and movements without talking.

We watched videos on the most common mime movements. The most famous piece is when a mime is in an imaginary box.

At first we used walls to help us guide ourselves in a box.

It can feel pretty silly to pretend to do so but as we practiced doing it, it became really fun and funny.

Another famous piece is pretending to be pulled by a rope. This one requires more movement and imagination.

In the end it’s all about faking it to make it. The better you pretend the better it looks.

Quietly Signing off,
