This week, Jupiter & PIP classes participated in a wildlife scavenger hunt at a local park as part of their Science curriculum.
The goal was to find as many bugs and small animals as we could find, and mark them off on our checklist.

Students were able to find many different bags and creatures at the park – some which were not even on our checklist.

They even found a “crayfish” in the small stream that flows through the park.

We decided to take it back to school to observe and make illustrations of what we saw.

The next day, we returned it back to the stream exactly where we found it and said goodbye! 👋
