We’ve got two new class pets! Beetles that are still finishing up in their pupa stage arrived at English Pocket this week, and students got to take a look at them up close! 🔍

The students learned about the different stages of a beetle during our study. Students noticed that one beetle has a horn while the other does not. That means one is male and one is female.

The class really enjoyed getting so up close with their magnifying glasses to study the beetles.
