Hi everyone, let’s take a look at what we did in ACCESS today. In continuation of learning about this month’s theme “Inside the Classroom,” today we learned about lunches around the world.

We had the chance to see what lunches in other countries looked like, and the kids couldn’t help but compare them to their lunches here in Japan.

Some kids prefer lunches from other countries, while others still choose Japanese school lunches.

In America, they have vending machines inside the school premises with chips as an option;

here, outside the school, we have drink vending machines. The kids said they can’t buy drinks during school hours but can buy them after.

For our activity today, the kids made their own ideal school lunch that should be balanced with nutrition.
