Good evening J2 Parents!!!
Writing:
This afternoon, the students focused on adverbs. They did a wonderful job, they caught on pretty quickly understanding that an adverb describes an action. At the beginning we they each started the class giving a few adverbs that they knew. They were able to say what their favorite day was, what action they did for their favorite day, and then what adverbs match with their action.
Science:
This early evening, we reviewed the food web of different ecosystems. We went over how the arrows showcase the energy (food source) goes towards the consumer. We then started our ecosystem posters. This’ll take two classes to finish. Below are images of them being super creative.
