Hello J2 parents!!
Language Arts:
Today, the students reviewed periods. At the beginning I gave them a few challenges by giving them random sentences and questions that they then had to tell me if there should be a period or a question mark at the end. They enjoyed this challenge since the sentences and questions were silly. They did a very good job in their text book and they got every problem correct! They
also learned how to edit a sentence that is missing a period.
Special (Halloween) Project:
Tonight, the students have 90% finished their Halloween creatures. They really showed their creative side in structuring their creations. Below are a several images of what they’ve finished individually and within groups.
