As part of our lesson on the North and South Poles, we shifted our focus to the South Pole. It was time to research penguins!
After learning all about them, we compared their sizes and even created life-sized portraits.
We discovered that the largest penguins can grow up to 130 cm tall.
One student exclaimed, “The Emperor penguin is almost as tall as me!”
