This week, ww learned about Stone Age tools and how people used them to survive. We compared modern tools with Stone Age tools and talked about what each tool might have been used for.
As our main focus today is making our own tools, we then took on the challenge of designing our own Stone Age tools first. We had to think about the materials and what we would use it for.
Then it was time to realize our ideas! We worked together to make all kinds of tools like, axes, spears or knifes and used actual sticks and string, just like the early humans.
All done — wow! Our classroom turned into the Stone Age! Maybe we can kill an actual mammoth with them?
