This Friday, our students celebrated Australia Day with lots of smiles, laughter, and hands-on fun!

We started with a classic game: Pin the Tail on the Kangaroo. Students took turns wearing a blindfold, listening carefully to their friends’ directions, and trying their best to place the tail in the right spot. There were many giggles and great teamwork as everyone cheered each other on.

After the games, it was time for a tasty activity inspired by Australia. Students helped prepare and decorate lamington-style cakes using bread, cream, and colorful sprinkles. They practiced using knives carefully, spreading cream, and working together at the table. The best part? Eating their delicious creations at the end!

Australia Day was a wonderful mix of culture, cooperation, and creativity, and everyone had a fantastic time learning through play.

It was truly kanga-rific fun from start to finish! 🦘✨
