This month we are talking about Halloween and things that frighten us. Of course there are spooky things like ghosts, but not many people see those. There are plenty of things we encounter in daily life that scare us: snakes, strict teachers, loud noises, etc.
Our project this month is to make a scary movie. First we watched a few examples to get some ideas about what makes a story spooky or scary.
The the students had a turn to work on their own story. Using the outlines from last week, they began drawing their characters and other pieces they will need for the movie.
