On Wednesday we continued our lessons on Legos. For this week the students had to build a car, using an example.

First we partnered our students according to skill and to help them be accountable for each other. Then we gave them an example car that both students could look at and mimic. After that we let them try.

At first it was difficult to get it exactly like the model, but after a few tries the kids got it down easily.

In the end we could do time trials and races with our friends. The fastest time for someone to build the car was about 30 seconds.

It was really fun showing our Lego building skills, and great just to play with Lego.

We ended with some sunshine badge prizes and had another successful lesson with Lego
