On Tuesday, we continued our monthly theme and reviewed the “3 Rs” Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.
The students then discussed what it meant to reuse and recycle.
They made a list of the materials we can recycle as well as items that they can reuse.
We went over the “Little Free Library” program and how books are reused and shared all over the world.
Last, the students had a challenge to choose an object in the classroom to use as their “shopping bag” in order to not use plastic bags.
The students enjoyed making creative and fun “shopping bags” to try and carry the most things in them.
Let’s continue to have fun while practicing the 3 Rs!
