Today we continued to talk about our theme of going downtown. We began by talking about what kind of jobs seem fun to do. We learned about ‘pros and cons’ in terms of work.
Watching and comparing videos of a baker and a hairdresser at work, we discussed what seemed like positive or negative aspects of each job.
We couldn’t walk around town today because of the weather, but we looked at photos of local shops and places in our town. Students tried to guess where each place was and what goods or services could be found there.
