In this lesson we travelled to Boston Public Garden and met a family of ducks that live there.
We read the story ‘make way for ducklings’ and took the same journey as the ducks did.
For Penmanship we practiced ‘if I were a duck where would I live…..’
For the final part of the lesson we decided to have a picnic in the public garden and chose what we would like to eat at the picnic. The younger students made a play picnic in the classroom.
