Today’s fun Friday experience was all about fitness. The students had to see how many physical exercises they could do in a span of 30 seconds.

To start off we warmed up around the room stretching and moving.


Next we focused on tests like push ups and sit-ups. Students partnered up and their friends counted each one they had done.


It was really difficult for some students but it was also their first experiences. They learned new exercises that they could do.


We ended on planks, and held it up as long as we could.


We were tired when we finished, but it was fun and fitness full.
