In ACCESS for social studies this week we went around the neighborhood at English Pocket. We went to the many shops and places of service.
The teachers guided their students to find the different shops.
The students really enjoyed visiting the local flower shop. They smelled the flowers and happily made a poster of it, as it was their favorite.
It looks fun to work as a florist at a flower shop. This would be a great future career for many of our English Pocket students that love plants.
