On Tuesday, we celebrated the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics starting later this week by going outside and doing a water relay.
To start, we shared what events we are excited to see the most. Some events that the students were looking forward to were soccer, basketball, and track and field.
Next, the students competed in a water torch relay to symbolize the start of the Olympic Games.
The students were competitive and strategic as they had to race without spilling water that was in the torch.
Everyone cheered on their teams and showed great sportsmanship all the way through to the finish line.
In the end, everyone had fun competing just like in the real Olympic Games.
We can’t wait for the start of the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics!
