Greetings family and friends the day had finally come, the day of Shimotakaido’s first annual reading performance and speech contest.
All our practice, voice and ears finally paid off, today was our reading and speech day.
To start off our teachers provided students with an example of how to do the reading performance and how to sit down as an audience.
Then the practicing began.
Then the parents came and so did our nerves, but soon as we got up there our students started feeling confident.
It was some of the best reading we’ve seen all year!
Our speech students did very well too.
What an awesome first year for reading competition and speech contest. Thank you so much to all parents and students that participated. It was very nice to see our students read and share their English skills with their parents and friends.

いつもの雰囲気と違って
ちょっと緊張しましたね💦
それでも堂々と練習してきてくれた本や
スピーチをみなさんの前で発表してくれました☺️
英語学童ACCESSが始まって
そろそろ1年経ちますが
始めた頃に比べたら
だいぶ変化がでていると思います☺️
この調子で来年度も
下高井戸校で英語を通じて
いろんなことに挑戦してみてくださいね✊
